Rotating strangers is the whole problem
Most cleaning companies send whoever is free, which means re-explaining your home every fortnight and never quite trusting anyone with a key. We assign a permanent pair to each property. They learn your preferences once, they are police-checked and bonded, and if they are ever off sick we will tell you in advance rather than sending strangers unannounced.
